AUTO COUTURE!

The Mazda Kureji is a group excercise that was used to envision what a future race car for a Metaverse. The Kureji, is the race car we created to partake in the highest class of racing for the Speedverse. The race it would compete in, was called Super Grip Racing, which would take place in space and would work with magnetic tracks that would keep the car constantly glued to the track.

Ricardo Sánchez (Known as R1CSAN in the Speedverse) grew up like many young people: dreaming of becoming a racing driver. From time to time, his father would take him go karting, but the Sánchez family lacked the resources to support him in his dream and, like many, cardo’s childhood dream seemed unfulfilled.

Brand History

Having the edge and always trying to be better than your fellow user is the core of healthy competition, using a system based on merit in the Speedverse.

But the highest level of racing in the Speedverse, is Super Grip Racing. A race in space, above the atmosphere, with neck breaking speeds and blinding velocity. Feeling the car as an unstoppable force, racing so fast as everything around it becomes unclear.

Inspired by “KODO” design, feeling motion throughout the surfacing, smooth volumetrics, muscular volumes. Mazda’s design language is always identified with organic language.
